Audio (sound) not importing

There is a known issue with Canon camcorders and LifeFlix. The audio will not be imported if you simply click "Import".

To workaround this do the following:

  • Click Import in the main interface.
  • Enter the Tape Information in the Import window.
  • Press Play on your Canon camcorder.
  • Immediately click the Import button in the Import window.

You can also do the following:

  • Create a new tape in the main interface by clicking the plus sign where it says "Click or drag scenes here to make a new tape".
  • Enter in the Tape Information.
  • Press Play on your Canon camcorder.
  • Immediately click the Resume button in the main interface.
